1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TeachSchool (the “Service”). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a paid account.

3. The Service

TeachSchool uses artificial intelligence to help you generate courses, lessons, quizzes, flashcards, a tutor, and a public page (“Schools”), and to teach and support your enrolled students. AI-generated output may contain errors or omissions; you are responsible for reviewing your Schools before publishing or selling them.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the material you upload and of the Schools you publish. You grant TeachSchool a licence to host, process, display, and deliver that content to your students and to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload and that your Schools do not infringe others’ rights or applicable law.

5. Subscriptions, billing & renewals

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions through our payment providers (Paystack and Flutterwave). Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. Prices are shown before you pay and may vary by country and currency. We may change prices with notice; changes take effect at your next renewal.

You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

6. Refunds — 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment: if TeachSchool isn't right for you, contact us at support@teachschool.online within 30 days of your initial charge and we'll refund it in full.

After the first 30 days, and on renewal payments, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current paid period.

7. Payouts

Where you sell access to your Schools, earnings owed to you are paid out according to the payout method and schedule shown in your account, after applicable platform fees, payment-processing fees, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks. You are responsible for your own taxes.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or abusive content; to impersonate others; to violate anyone’s privacy or intellectual-property rights; or to interfere with or attempt to bypass the security of the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular income, number of students, or results. AI-generated content is not professional advice.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeachSchool is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where required to protect the Service or other users.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept them.
